Drop shipping is where the retailer sells a product without holding any stock. Once a product has been sold they pass the details to the manufacturer, who then dispatches the goods directly to the customer.

Here at Sub Zero we have over 20 years experience with drop shipping and order fulfilment through our working relationship with some of the UKsUKs largest mail order catalogues and online retailers.
We offer a margin of 2.0 on our drop shipping prices. If you should choose to stock our products in future then we increase our starting margin to 2.2.
Being a manufacturer we have more flexibility over our stocking levels than companies who import products. We do try and keep the most popular colour (currently black) in stock throughout the year. Out of season we do run down stock levels but we always keep fabric in stock so any unforeseen demand can be met.
If a product should be out of stock then we will contact you straight away and either offer you an alternative or let you know the manufacture time for new stock.
Listings and Images
Detailed information on each of our products can be found on our home page and is available for you to copy to your site. Images are all professionally photographed and cut-out for web use. You can either copy these direct from our website or we can send you a disc wit them on in the following widths: 1000, 500, 400, 260, 135 pixels in full colour.
We operate a same day postal policy on all orders received before 3.30pm (dependent on stock). All orders weighing less than 4kg we ship by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post. Anything over 4kg we send by 2 day courier. The cost of postage is based on the total order weight and is charged at cost plus packing charges. Please get in contact with us for a more detailed breakdown of charges.
We are able to place shipping notes and packing notes from yourselves in with the goods so it looks like you have processed the orders. All we require is that the information is printable on one side of A4 and is either in the form of a word or excel document.
After each order is shipped we will produce an invoice for the products, packaging and shipping costs. Payment terms are 28 days net. We accept credit cards, cheques and bank transfer s as methods of payments.
We will happily exchange products that are
the wrong size but we will charge you for the post and packing costs. These
will be the same charges as when the items are sent out first i.e. First Class Recorded.
If the products are faulty then we will either re-work the garment, offer a replacement or a full refund. This will be at our discretion once we have chance to examine the product.
