Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Cancellation Right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of flowers and made to order curtains). Where goods are delivered to a third party (e.g. through our Gift Registry service) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. Payments & Refunds

Secure Online Payment

We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. You can pay for your online order using the 'Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Delta, Switch and Solo cards.

Your Right to Cancel

If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

Amending Your Order - before despatch of goods

In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling us on 0116 2402634 or emailing sales@subzero.co.uk up until the point of its despatch to you or a third party.

Returns Policy - after receipt of goods

Own Purchase

After you have received your goods, you can return any clothing item to us for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging.

Delivery Services & Charges

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.

Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. Delivery to some postcodes may take longer.

We do deliver to BFPO or British Forces Post Office addresses.

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you've added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
